Who we hire
- Experienced service techs: if you can walk a no-heat call from complaint to combustion analysis without a script, we should talk.
- Installers: furnace, AC, heat pump, and boiler installs, plus real sheet metal work most shops outsource.
- Apprentices: no experience required, seriousness required. You will learn from techs with decades in Fox Valley basements, including hydronics almost nobody teaches anymore.
What working here looks like
A recently rebuilt fleet, Milwaukee and Packout tooling as standard issue, and modern dispatching software instead of paper chaos. Techs are paid for skill, not for what they sell. Diagnosis here means evidence, and nobody will ever hand you a sales quota disguised as a service script.
The crew is about a dozen people. Everyone knows everyone, the GM has spent more than 25 years in the trade himself, and the founder still stops by. If you want to be a badge number at a six-vertical conglomerate, the Valley has those. This is the other thing.
