Mill-town housing has its own personality
These river towns grew up around the paper mills, and their housing shows it: sturdy early-1900s homes on compact lots, many still carrying steam or hot water heat, plus waves of solid post-war construction. Basements are often low, mechanical spaces tight, and standard-dimension equipment does not always drop in cleanly. Our sheet metal background earns its keep here more than anywhere.
What we handle in the Heart of the Valley

Worth the short drive, both ways
Kaukauna is about fifteen minutes from our door, and emergency coverage extends here around the clock like everywhere else we work. If you are in Kimberly, Little Chute, or Combined Locks, you are inside our normal daily routes, not at the edge of some coverage map.
